Ben is an actor and writer based in Los Angeles. Ben is originally from San Francisco, but has lived in New York City; Sydney, Australia; taught at the Australian Theatre for Young People and studied at the Moscow Art Theatre in Russia. He is also the founder and head writer of the web-based sketch comedy group Eclectic Boogaloo; who have been featured on College Humor and FunnyOrDie.com. Ben is a writer with a body of work that has ranged from film and television to theater and sketch. Most recently, his original series Royally won the Critics Choice Award at New York Television Festival. His full-length plays include Beckett in Benghazi and Keltic Cross which were both originally produced by Less Than Rent Theatre Company. Recent New York theater credits include Our Town (dir. James Presson) at Green-wood Cemetery and Long Division (dir. Marc Eardley) which was part of the Midtown International Theater Festival . University credits include John Proctor in The Crucible (dir. James Presson), Mrs. Packard (dir. May Adrales), The Marriage of Figaro (dir. Matthew Maguire), The Good Person of Szechwan, Sticks and Bones and Go Down into Silence (by Ariadne Blayde).
